Radar Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Radar app, operated by SK Apps, the trading name of Sanjit Kumar (“we,” “us”). By using Radar you agree to them.
Using Radar
You need an Apple ID and a verified phone number to use Radar. You’re responsible for the activity on your account. You must meet the minimum age required to hold an Apple ID in your country.
Be a decent human
Radar exists so friends can find each other. You agree not to:
- harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate anyone;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are;
- attempt to track someone who hasn’t accepted you as a friend, or misuse proximity information;
- probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service, or attempt to access other users’ data;
- use Radar for anything illegal.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you send (like ping messages). You give us the limited license needed to store and deliver it to the friends you send it to — that’s all we do with it.
Beta software
Radar may be offered through TestFlight as beta software. Betas have bugs. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data created during a beta may be reset.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes what information Radar handles and your controls over it. Proximity features depend on device permissions (location, notifications) that you can revoke at any time in iOS Settings.
Disclaimers
Radar is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Proximity bands are deliberately approximate and depend on device conditions; never rely on Radar for safety-critical, emergency, or navigation purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Radar, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use Radar (currently: nothing).
Termination
You can stop using Radar and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and meaningful updates will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
